Cardio Fitness is a key ingredient in any Crossfit or cross training exercise program.

We are too sedintary.  This goes without saying.  But what do we do to compensate?  Eat a few more snacks?  Let’s hope not.  What really needs to improve is our ability to move.  It is our ability to move oxygenated blood to our cells.  It is to get the heart and lungs working together at their capacity.
